4. Legal basis for processing (EU/UK visitors)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data under one or more of the following legal bases:

  • Consent — when you tick a box agreeing to be contacted or to receive marketing.
  • Contract — when processing is necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you (for example, our creator-management agreement).
  • Legitimate interests — for operating and improving our website, responding to enquiries, and protecting our business, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Legal obligation — where we must process information to comply with the law.

5. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the following categories of recipients, and only as needed:

  • Service providers we rely on to run the business, including:

Diginet is headquartered in the United States. The information we collect may be transferred to, processed in, and stored in countries other than the one you live in, including the US. When we transfer personal data outside the EEA, the UK, or other jurisdictions with cross-border restrictions, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, and for any further period required by law:

  • Enquiry messages — up to 24 months after the last interaction.
  • Creator application data — up to 24 months if we do not enter into an agreement; for the duration of the relationship plus 7 years if we do.
  • Active creator records — for the duration of our relationship plus the retention period required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes (typically 7 years in the US).
  • Website analytics — typically 14 months in aggregate form.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and understand how it is used. These fall into two categories:

  • Essential cookies required for the site to function (for example, remembering whether you've dismissed a banner).
  • Analytics cookies that help us understand which pages are popular and how visitors navigate the site, in aggregate form.

You can disable cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights over your personal information:
